1. Who we are
This website is operated by Tilman Marketing, registered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under enterprise number 0734.418.771, with its registered office at Rue Géo Warzée, Wanze, Belgium. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, the type of project you select, your message, and optionally your company or website. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, and only where you have consented, we collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
3. Why we use your data and our legal bases
- To respond to your enquiries and provide our services. Legal basis: your request and the steps taken prior to, or in performance of, a contract.
- To measure and improve the website. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To meet legal obligations (for example accounting). Legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate agreements:
- Resend for delivering contact-form emails.
- Google Analytics for website usage statistics (when you consent).
- Vercel for website hosting and performance metrics.
- Microsoft 365 where you book or correspond about a meeting.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time:
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise these rights, email damien@tilman.marketing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des donnees / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), dataprotectionauthority.be.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
